Our Services

We are a full service industrial overhead crane service company. We service every make and model of hoist and crane out there. If they don't make the parts anymore, or the company is out of business...we have options.

Full service means:

Inspections, Preventative Maintenance programs, parts, installation, repair, breakdown coverage, production support, training, rail surveys, crane geometry studies, lifecycle and end of live studies, new equipment, rebuilds/general overhauls, and modernizations. If you want custom paint jobs on your cranes, we can do that too! Essentially, we are dynamic problem solvers.

We specialize in root cause analysis, long term planning, forecasting, and project planning. Our team has worked on some of the largest cranes in the country in a vast array of industries and with that experience, guided by intelligence, we provide detailed, custom designed service programs to exceed your expectations.

No Pressure.

It is that simple. We provide these services as a compliment to your team. We will work with you on the front end to understand your expectations, the team leader's needs, and how we fit in your system.

However, if it is not a good fit, or we believe we cannot deliver on your expectations, we will tell you. We will not make commitments or promises we believe we cannot keep. Even if there is a likelihood of those expectations not being able to be met. We care more about you and your team being taken care of than trying to dominate the industry. We will say no to prevent unmet expectations.

We currently have in beta testing, integrated service calendars, a service booking app, and collaboration sites for specific companies and in those companies, specific teams and departments.

We are doing this to meet the needs and answer the requests we have all heard for so many years. It can be done. It just requires a group of people willing to put in the effort to effect change.
