Free Industrial Maintenance Consultation & Program Design for Overhead Crane Services & Blaster Services
If you have cranes, hoists, and need crane inspections and crane service then you have had cranes salesmen in your office. You know the players, you know their strengths and weaknesses. You may think they are all the same. They are not.
These are dynamic times and international pressures are destined to affect the financial wellbeing of some suppliers. You must have a plan and be prepared beyond OEM support.
We come from many backgrounds, but we have all worked with different crane companies in the past. From the world's largest crane service provider, to start-ups and corporate financed, rebranded legacy companies, we have been there and have the scars to prove it. We know and do business with the biggest and best suppliers crane and hoists in the world (not always the same) and have the relationships and resources to take care of your lifting needs.
If you know the industry and keep going back to the same companies expecting different results...well...
And if we think we can provide a better service by doing business just like everyone else...right...
See where I'm going here?
You can not keep doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. Something has to change!
We have laid out the quintessential Customer-Centric service platform in the industry. The one thing we all agree on, is when the good times were the good times, it was when we were working FOR the customer. That has changed in the market and that is a shame. It can be done and that is why we are here. We have online booking, integrated calendars, and inspection software the enables us to provide completely custom tailored maintenance/PM crane inspections and crane service programs that can be held accountable to their return.
We keep it local. We are not trying to build some massive corporation. If in time this service model grows to that level, fine. It will have to do so in this context:
The customer is the reason we are here!
Only employ those who are qualified, competent, and concerned.
Do what you say, when you say, and how you said you were going to do it.
Employing a company with your anti-gravitational devices (overhead bridge cranes and hoists) is a relationship built on trust. We commit to the safety of you and your team. To educate and share best practices. To improve your production by removing residual issues. Finally, we commit to maximizing your maintenance dollar by providing upfront, fair pricing and leveraging your buying power to save real world dollars through our unique crane service and crane inspections.
We are a full service industrial overhead crane service company. We service every make and model of hoist and crane out there. If they don't make the parts anymore, or the company is out of business...we have options.
Full service means:
Inspections, Preventative Maintenance programs, parts, installation, repair, breakdown coverage, production support, training, rail surveys, crane geometry studies, lifecycle and end of live studies, new equipment, rebuilds/general overhauls, and modernizations. If you want custom paint jobs on your cranes, we can do that too! Essentially, we are dynamic problem solvers.
We specialize in root cause analysis, long term planning, forecasting, and project planning. Our team has worked on some of the largest cranes in the country in a vast array of industries and with that experience, guided by intelligence, we provide detailed, custom designed service programs to exceed your expectations.
It is that simple. We provide these services as a compliment to your team. We will work with you on the front end to understand your expectations, the team leader's needs, and how we fit in your system.
However, if it is not a good fit, or we believe we cannot deliver on your expectations, we will tell you. We will not make commitments or promises we believe we cannot keep. Even if there is a likelihood of those expectations not being able to be met. We care more about you and your team being taken care of than trying to dominate the industry. We will say no to prevent unmet expectations.
The bleeding side of Cutting Edge
We currently have in beta testing, integrated service calendars, a service booking app, and collaboration sites for specific companies and in those companies, specific teams and departments.
We are doing this to meet the needs and answer the requests we have all heard for so many years. It can be done. It just requires a group of people willing to put in the effort to effect change.
In early 2020 we plan on launching our spare parts and parts inventory management system. This will be revolutionary. It sounds simple, but it is absolutely dynamic! Look for updates in the fall or email a request for more info.
